Pricing

Pricing & Fees

We believe in transparent, fair pricing with no surprise add-ons. All fees are based on complexity, time required, and the level of review involved. Final pricing is confirmed after we review your information.

Individual Tax Returns

  • Form 1040 (W-2, basic income): Starting at $275–$325
  • Additional state return: Starting at $100
  • Itemized deductions: May increase fee based on complexity

These returns are ideal for individuals with straightforward tax situations who want their return prepared carefully and reviewed by a dedicated professional.

Self-Employed & Small Business (Schedule C)

  • Schedule C Tax Preparation: Starting at $450–$550
  • Rental Property (Schedule E): Add $150–$200 per property

Important Note on Schedule C

Schedule C preparation assumes you provide categorized income and expense totals (from bookkeeping software, a spreadsheet, or an organized summary).

Reviewing bank statements, categorizing transactions, or rebuilding records is considered bookkeeping and is not included in the base Schedule C fee.

If cleanup or organization is needed, it will be quoted separately before work begins.

Business Tax Returns

  • Partnership (Form 1065): Starting at $800–$1,000
  • S Corporation (Form 1120-S): Starting at $900–$1,200
  • C Corporation (Form 1120): Starting at $1,200+

Business return pricing depends on record quality, number of owners, states filed, payroll, and balance sheet accuracy.

Bookkeeping & Cleanup (If Needed)

  • Transaction review & categorization: $75–$100 per hour
  • Prior-year cleanup or catch-up work: $300–$800+

This includes reviewing bank and credit card transactions, separating business and personal expenses, and organizing records so your tax return is accurate and defensible.

Tax Planning & Advisory

  • Hourly consulting: $200–$300 per hour
  • Ongoing advisory packages: Monthly pricing available

Tax planning goes beyond filing your return. This may include entity selection, estimated tax planning, deduction strategy, and year-round guidance.
